Service Description

INFORMATION - Up to 5 puppies per class. - Max 2 people per puppy or 1 adult and 2 children. - Bring your puppy wearing a collar or harness and leash. - Don't feed them right before training. Bring their dry food to class for training. - Please keep puppies separated until designated play time (for maximum focus). - An overtired puppy is more likely to be grumpy and unable to focus. Avoid unusually big outings right before class. - Please TXT Maddy on 0451 11 184 if you are running late to a class. See you there!

Cancellation Policy

PUPPY SCHOOL CLASS Payment is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking, if you cancel after attending the first session or cannot make it to a class. If there is a class that you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, I will do my best to fit you in another class but cannot guarantee this. All of the course information is available 24/7 through the Member Portal so you will always have access to the course material. Save their dinner for after school. - Please keep puppies separated until designated play time (for maximum focus and learning). - An overtired puppy is more likely to be grumpy and unable to focus. Avoid unusually big right before class. - Bring their bed or blanket for your puppy to lay on (this may help them settle) - Please txt Maddy on 0451 11 184 if you are running late to a class WALK & TRAIN - GROUP & 1:1 Cancellation within 24 hours requires payment in full if the spot cannot be filled. TRAINING / BEHAVIOUR CONSULATIONS Cancellation within 24 hours results in a 50% cancellation fee if the spot is not filled.
