Service Description

- Approx. 5 puppies per class. - Don't feed their meal right before training. - Bring your puppy wearing a collar or harness and leash. - Max 2 people per puppy (please request extras). - Keep puppies separated until designated play time (for maximum focus). - An overtired puppy is more likely to be grumpy and unable to focus. Cancellation Policy

PUPPY SCHOOL COURSE MATERIAL: Access downloads via the site www.maddysdogschool.com. Click 'Log In' (top right corner). Enter your details to request access. You will receive a confirmation email when access is granted. Visit the site again. Click 'Log in' and then 'Already a member? Log in'. Once logged in, click you name (top right corner) and a drop down menu will appear with 'Puppy School Downloads'. INFORMATION: Approx. 5 puppies per class. PUPPY SCHOOL CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking, if you cannot make it to a class or after accessing the Member Portal. If there is a class that you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to arrange a make up class. We look forward to meeting you!
