Service Description

*Please note: 4th session is 13th January as Maddy's Dog School is closed for Christmas Holidays. - Approx. 5 puppies per class. - Don't feed their meal right before training. - Bring your puppy wearing a collar or harness and leash. - Max 2 people per puppy (please request extras). - Keep puppies separated until designated play time (for maximum focus). - An overtired puppy is more likely to be grumpy and unable to focus. Avoid unusually big outings right before class. - Please TXT Maddy on 0451 113 184 if you can't make it to a class. Looking forward to meeting you!

Cancellation Policy

WALK AND TRAIN ADVENTURES - cancellation within 24 hours requires payment in full if the spot is not filled. CONSULTATIONS / PUPPY HOME SCHOOL - cancellation within 24 hours results in a 50% cancellation fee if the spot is not filled. PUPPY SCHOOL CLASS - payment is non-refundable for cancelation within 24 hours of start date, if you miss a class or after the member portal has been accessed. OVERDUE PAYMENTS - If payment has not been made by the due date, a $10 administration fee may be applied each month thereafter until the amount in full is paid. Overdue payments may be sent to a debt collection agency in order to settle the outstanding amount. Any fees incurred for their services will be the clients responsibility to pay.
